  73. MFTC directory/folder), type:

  79. To print the registration order form from Notepad (or other text editor), 
  80. open the file Order.frm in the MFTC directory/folder.  From the File 
  81. menu of Notepad, select Page Setup to set all margins minimally:  0 for 
  82. Left, Right, Top, Bottom Margins.  Delete the default header and footer 
  83. items.  Select OK.  Then from the File Menu, select Print to print out 
  84. the order form.  (If you wish to fill in the form with your order 
  85. information before printing, it may be best to open Order.frm in a word 
  86. processor, such as Write or WordPad, since Notepad does not have an 
  87. overwrite mode.)

  89. You may also order with a note or letter that includes your name, organiza-
  90. tion name, address, program name & version, number of users being licensed,
  91. and remittance.  We would appreciate knowing where you obtained your copy
  92. of this program; we utilize this information on your source for future
